1. Who we are
North Florida Fence Quotes ("we," "us," "this site") operates a website that helps homeowners in Northern Florida estimate fence installation costs and connects them with independent, third-party fencing contractors. We are not a fencing contractor ourselves and do not perform installation work.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you actively provide through our forms, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property address (optional, if provided)
- Project details you enter into the cost calculator (fence type, height, linear footage, gate count, removal needs, and the resulting estimate)
We do not knowingly collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this site, and we ask that you not include any in the optional fields (such as the address field).
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Share your contact details and project information with one or more independent fencing contractors so they can reach out to you with a quote
- Respond to you directly if you contact us
- Maintain and improve this site
We do not use your information for our own marketing campaigns beyond the quote-matching purpose described above, and we do not knowingly sell your information to data brokers or use it for purposes unrelated to fence quotes.
4. Who we share it with
This is the core of how the site works: submitted leads are shared — and may be sold — to one or more independent, local fencing contractors so they can contact you about your project. Those contractors are separate businesses; once they receive your information, their own privacy practices and use of your data are governed by them, not by us. We encourage you to ask any contractor who contacts you how they handle your information.
We also use a third-party form-processing service (Formspree) to receive and store form submissions before they're forwarded. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a form on this site, you agree that North Florida Fence Quotes and/or a matched fencing contractor may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your fencing project, using the contact information you provided. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You are not required to consent to text or phone contact as a condition of using this site, though doing so may limit how a contractor can follow up with you.
6. Your choices
- Opt out of further contact: reply "STOP" to any text message, or contact us directly (see below) to ask that we not share your information with additional contractors.
- Request your data be deleted: contact us and we'll remove your submission from our own records. Note that we cannot delete information already shared with a contractor before your request — you'll need to ask them directly.
- Correct inaccurate information: contact us with the correction and we'll update our records going forward.
7. Data retention
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the quote-matching purpose described above, or as required by our form-processing provider's own retention settings.
8. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking fencing services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what's collected and why.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
